<p>Practic, unul dintre pionierii vanzarilor online din Romania [nu cred ca publicul blogului meu are nevoie de informatii suplimentare legate de cine e si ce face <em><a href="http://www.orlando.ro" target="_blank">Orlando</a><span style="font-style: normal;">], este pus in fruntea unei noi structuri de vanzari care consolideaza inclusiv ziarele si revistele din [fosta] <strong>Publimedia</strong>. </span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="font-style: normal;"> </span></em>Un om de web va vinde [si] print?! Acum cativa ani ar fi parut o gluma&#8230;</p>
<p><em><span style="font-style: normal;">Miscarea mai naste insa o intrebare, valabila pentru intreaga piata: poate el [sau, in general, un om cu o gandire web-oriented] salva printul, prin pachete integrate cu online? </span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="font-style: normal;">A venit oare momentul in care oamenii care &#8220;au crescut&#8221; in industria web [considerata, pana de curand, o periferie exotica dar neglijabila in metropola media] sa preia pozitii-cheie in print sau televiziune?</span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="font-style: normal;">Posibil. Pentru ca, sa nu uitam: ne aflam intr-un moment crucial. Aparent paradoxal, un business construit &#8220;invers&#8221;, pentru ca a cucerit si internetul, dar cu oameni de print <img src='http://www.dstanca.ro/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </span></em></p>

<p>In contextul dat, numirea lui <strong>Orlando Nicoara </strong>mi se pare o miscare interesanta, de urmarit. Si o idee [care s-ar putea dovedi, in timp] foarte buna.</p>

<p>Astfel, operatiunile de agentie de presa, print publishing si online vor fi reunite intr-o singura companie, sub brandul <strong>MEDIAFAX</strong>, sub conducerea <strong>Cosminei Noaghea</strong> [actual director general al <strong>PubliMedia</strong>].</p>

<p>Noua companie va fi formata din 3 divizii: <strong>print</strong> [fosta <strong>PubliMedia</strong>, sub coordonarea <strong>Nicoletei Nedea</strong>, ex-director vanzari print], <strong>online</strong> [fostul <strong>MediaPRO Interactiv</strong>, actual <strong>Apropo Media</strong>, sub conducerea lui <strong>Orlando Nicoara</strong>] si <strong>agentie de presa</strong> [sub coordonarea lui <strong>Cristi Dimitriu</strong>, actual director general <strong>Mediafax</strong>].</p>

<p>Strategic, noua companie va arata mult mai atractiv pentru potentiali investitori, mai ales ca &#8211; inevitabil, ca orice companie de print in conditiile actuale de piata &#8211; <em><a href="http://www.reportervirtual.ro/2010/07/panica-la-publimedia.html" target="_blank"><strong>PubliMedia </strong>are probleme de cashflow</a>, </em>iar <strong>Mediafax </strong>si, mai ales, <strong>Apropo Media</strong> au inregistrat, chiar si pe fondul crizei, evolutii pozitive.</p>
<p>De altfel, modificarea este planificata de mult timp si a devenit previzibila dupa ce <strong>PubliMedia, Mediafax </strong>si <strong>Apropo Media </strong>s-au mutat, recent, intr-un sediu comun.</p>
<p><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>[UpDate] </strong></span>Strict speculativ, daca ma gandesc mai bine, judecand dupa modul extrem de riguros si calculat cu care a obisnuit <strong>Adrian Sarbu</strong> piata de media, cred ca &#8220;alipirea&#8221; diviziei online la noua structura s-a decis mai recent si nu a fost prinsa in planul initial.</p>
<p>Altminteri nu vad ratiunea pentru care, <em><a href="http://www.orlando.ro/2010/02/11/mediapro-interactiv-devine-apropo-media/" target="_blank">nu mai demult decat in luna februarie</a></em>, <strong>MediaPRO Interactiv</strong> [dupa vanzarea brandului <strong>MediaPRO</strong> la <strong>CME</strong>] s-a rebranduit in <strong>Apropo Media </strong>si nu in <strong>Mediafax Interactiv </strong>[de exemplu]. E doar o idee/opinie personala in plus, fara valoare jurnalistica.</p>
<p>Decizia de ultim moment [?] ar face sens in ideea in care caderea pietei print e mult mai serioasa iar, din ce se vede din exterior, <strong>Apropo Media</strong> s-a miscat foarte bine in ultimii ani, inclusiv anul acesta, devenind <em><a href="http://www.orlando.ro/2010/06/06/pentru-ca-nu-e-clar/" target="_blank">lider al pietei de publishing online</a></em>, gratie eforturilor lui <strong>Orlando Nicoara</strong> si a echipei sale. Alipirea <strong>Apropo </strong>ar face, asadar, sens in ideea de a face noua constructie sa arate mai bine, in ipoteza posibilei atrageri de parteneri in noua companie.</p>
<p><em><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>PS </strong></span></em><em><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>Personal, regret disparitia corporate brand-ului </strong></span></em><em><span style="color: #888888;"><a href="http://www.publimedia.ro" target="_blank"><strong>PubliMedia</strong></a></span></em><em><span style="color: #888888;"><strong>, un loc de care ma leaga cele mai placute amint</strong>iri din viata mea profesionala de dupa 2000, mai ales ca, acum 6-7 ani, alaturi de colegii mei de atunci [si, unii, de acum:) ] am lansat actuala identitate a companiei de publishing a (pe atunci) </span></em><strong><em><span style="color: #888888;">MediaPRO</span></em></strong><em><span style="color: #888888;">. </span></em></p>
<p><em><span style="color: #888888;">Dincolo de sentimentalisme, gasesc noua asezare in teren a celor 3 entitati care vor fuziona ca fiind o miscare inteligenta din punct de vedere strategic.</span></em></p>
